Bush Life Balance is a Private Members Association providing education, resources, and tools to its members. Throughout this agreement, Bush Life Balance may also be referred to as BLB.
Privacy Assurance
Your privacy is a priority for Bush Life Balance.
Your personal details are solely for internal use to maintain the integrity of our community. Data from websites associated with Bush Life Balance are at the discretion of members use. If you do not want your data stored by eternal third parties then please do not use our website/s and request a hard copy of the agreement if only participating in “offline” projects. While all care is given to privacy, Bush Life Balance and/or its members, will not be held liable for any privacy breaches. If you would like further information on Bush Life Balances web hosting providers, please contact BLB in writing. All membership data is collected and kept as per BLB constitutional obligations.
Membership Pathway
Membership starts with your subscription payment and agreeing to this Member Agreement, with a yearly renewal and is established for a minimum duration of twelve months.
General Membership – $5.00 yearly subscription is required by all members to gain access to projects run by Bush Life Balance. This small fee goes towards maintaining the website and associated costs.
Access to our Community Garden project is included in your general membership.
Chastota, Average AF and Working on Wellness Factor (WOW Factor) have contribution packages inside each of the projects for members to access.

If you wish to resign your Membership at the end of this twelve-month period, please notify us in writing within 21 days of membership renewal.
Upon resignation, access to all resources, gatherings, and community benefits will be suspended until such time as you may choose to re-join.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
As a member of Bush Life Balance, you must sight and agree to and sign our self-executing Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Please note:
1. You will be privy to confidential information that must remain within the confines of our community.
2. You agree to uphold strict confidentiality, not disclosing any information without written consent from Bush Life Balance as per the NDA.
3. You are responsible for safeguarding all confidential information to prevent unauthorized use and or sharing.
4. This self-executing NDA is binding and integrated into your membership obligations.
5. The terms herein align with natural common law and the foundational principles of Bush Life Balance.
6. Reading this agreement is a testament to your commitment to our ethos.
7. Adequate record keeping will be maintained and provided to members upon request in writing.
Waiver of Responsibilty
Bush Life Balance, its team, consultants and facilitators, and Members are not responsible for any personal decisions or actions taken by its Members. The community acts as a platform for shared growth and learning, without imposing directives on personal choices. Bush Life Balance does not give legal advice. All actions taken upon by its Members is at the Member’s discretion and individual responsibility. Bush Life Balance is an education platform and resource only. The opinions and advice given by Bush Life Balance are based on information, personal experience and knowledge accumulated over many years and ARE NOT to be taken as advice. We only provide information based on our personal experience.
Waiver of Harm, Injury, Loss, Damage or Death
Participation in ANY activities supplied or facilitated by Bush Life Balance can involve significant risks, including property damages, loss, personal injury and death. Bush Life Balance, its team, facilitators and members are NOT responsible for ANY damages, harm, injury, loss or death which may occur. Members are each responsible, solely and exclusively, for their own health, items, equipment and safety and must only perform duties they are fit to partake in. If you are unsure, please discuss this with BLB further. BLB will do its best in providing a safe environment, however, accidents can happen. BLB will provide appropriately trained facilitators for services on site, for eg only, but not limited to, first aid kit, if onsite. If you have health issues, and in the event an incident happens, you take full responsibility for yourself and/or any other man, woman or child you are inherently responsible for. All incidences will be recorded for future reference for the purpose of assessment for possible future prevention. Bush Life Balances commitment to the safety of its members, nature, animals, our environment and all involved is paramount.
Mutual Commitment to Do not Harm, Cause no loss
Bush Life Balance is committed to the principle of ‘Do No Harm, Cause No Loss’ and expects the same from its members. This mutual comprehension ensures that our interactions and transactions are conducted in a manner that is fair, ethical, and respectful, whilst always maintaining honour and integrity. We aim to operate in a way that prevents harm or loss to our members, team, stakeholders, or the wider community. Any negligence or breach of this agreement found to be harmful towards Bush Life Balance, its members, projects and/or site/s and/or equipment, loss and/or damage will result in immediate removal and possibly lifetime ban from membership.
Payment & cancellation policy
1. No Refund Policy: Please be advised that Bush Life Balance operates on a strict no refund policy. This policy is in place due to our extensive waitlist and consistently full calendar. Once a service is booked or a product is purchased, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to, any and all donations.
2. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all activities, programs and services provided by Bush Life Balance, including but not limited to horse services, energy work, community gardening, web services, meeting hosting, and sporting app activities. This ensures fairness to all our members. There is a cancellation fee of 50% if you cancel a booking within 24 hours prior to an appointment or consultation. If you miss your appointment without any prior notification there are no refunds. For cancellations, refunds or credits only apply with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booking or we can offer to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations must be made by phone, email or online portal and must be confirmed by BLB. Special circumstances ie medical emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. By booking with us you agree to the cancellation terms of this agreement.
3. Payment Terms: To give you the best service possible and respect our time and yours; payment is required to be made within 24 hours of your booking and confirmed by emailing the payment receipt. Once you email your payment receipt this confirms your consultation and the details regarding your online video call appointment will be sent to you. This prompt payment is essential to confirm your booking or to initiate the commencement of any product or document provision.
4. Donation agreement: All donations provided by members of Bush Life Balance are to be used solely for funding purposes of the project of choice from the Donor. They can also specify which part of the project, however, if nothing is specified in writing by the Donor, to Bush Life balance via email or post (in writing) we reserve the right to implement where the funds are distributed within the project of Bush Life Balance. Donations can be provided by monitory deposits, cheque and/or physical objects such as but not limited to; Gardening equipment. Any other form of donation needs to be agreed upon in writing. Any Donors warrant that any and/or all donations are free from any and/or all encumbrance/s and the Donor has all legal rights to donate the donation. A receipt will be provided upon request by the Donator. Any and all expenses associated with the execution of any donation/s, such as but not limited to, expenses incurred during the transfer of the donation, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Donor. Donations are non-refundable as per Bush Life Balances no refund policy above. No donation funds shall be used for personal use as Bush Life Balance is a not-for-profit unincorporated members association.
Private Space Agreement
This governs the use of a physical space, location, or facility provided to members of Bush Life Balance as a private member benefit for activities and projects associated. All activities undertaken under this agreement must align with the mission and values of Bush Life Balance: non-profit, service-oriented, regenerative, and grounded in community wellbeing. This is not a commercial rental or tenancy agreement, all use is under the framework of voluntary, member-based access. Address of onsite with detailed map will be given upon request and/or booking/s as location could change depending on project and activities.
Members agree to:
* Use the space respectfully and leave it clean, safe, and orderly.
* Share communal areas peacefully and without disrupting others – see map.
* Honour any house or site-specific guidelines provided prior to or during use. Map will be provided for those attending onsite projects and/or activities.
* Avoid activities that cause harm, danger, or undue burden on the community or property.
* Notify Bush Life Balance promptly if any damage, maintenance need, or conflict arises.
* Participate in cooperative upkeep (e.g., cleaning rosters, basic garden maintenance) when requested and/or required.
* Under NO circumstances are there to be any access without a booking and/or prior consent in writing by Bush Life Balance.
* NOT enter house area and any area that is NOT part of the designated community project areas, as per mapped areas.
* Parking permitted out the front only for community garden access, during designated time slots only – see map for details.
*Parking permitted at round yard area ONLY for horse reflection appointments. Please park in designated area only. – see map provided.
* If attending horse reflections, always keep the main drive gate shut, be mindful of animals that may be out in lane way, please drive slowly at 10klm speed maximum.
* No drugs or alcohol to be brought and/or consumed onsite, including not being present if intoxicated.
* Closed in shoes must be worn at all times (unless doing a grounding release with a BLB facilitator). Gloves are advised for gardening to prevent possible injury but not essential.
Acknowledgment & agreement
By finalising your Membership payment, you:
- Affirm your comprehension and acceptance of the terms, including the waiver of responsibility.
- Acknowledge the commitment to our shared confidentiality.
- Agree to the terms of membership and the procedures outlined herein.
- Recognize that your membership signifies a conscious choice to live in harmony with Bush Life Balance values.
Conclusion
Your membership at Bush Life Balance represents a conscious choice to participate in a supportive, respectful, and confidential community. By finalizing your membership payment and sighting and signing the self-executing NDA, you commit to our collective journey of intentional living. Please note that adherence to these policies ensures a smoother operation and allows us to better serve all our members. Bush Life Balance reserves the right to update this member agreement at any time due to the ever-changing projects involved in BLB. Thank you for your comprehension and cooperation.

To not engage in, participate in, conspire to, or undertake any action or inaction, with the intent or intention to cause any harm, loss, damage or injury to others or property; and
To at all times live, operate and conduct myself in and with honour and integrity; and
For the purposes of this agreement, it is here now agreed upon by all parties involved, that a digital signature or autograph is deemed as the same as a wet ink signature or autograph and that a digital acknowledgment, or digital signature or autograph here now carries the same responsibilities and liabilities as a wet ink signature or autograph.
